As a research-driven business school, ESMT stands for responsible leadership and sustainability. In that capacity, the school provides a unique platform for discussion and brings together the business community, policy-makers, and academics at its Annual Forum. The 5th ESMT Annual Forum, held together with the International Leadership Association (ILA) is about Leading Across Generations – Workforce Challenges and Opportunities. It will assemble a unique mix of corporate, academic, and public policy leaders to address the implications of challenges resulting from demographic changes from an international perspective. The 5th ESMT Annual Forum will be held on campus in Berlin on June 13-15, 2012.
Other important events include the series of ESMT Open Lectures, which offer a venue for the public to benefit from international knowledge.
