ESMT and Bates White, LLC, form international antitrust partnership

ESMT European School of Management and Technology and the U.S. consulting firm Bates White, LLC, based in Washington, D.C., have entered into an exclusive cooperative partnership to provide antitrust services in Europe and the United States. The partnership is being made public during the ABA Antitrust Law Spring Meeting in Washington, D.C., from April 18 to April 20, 2007.

On the ESMT side, the partnership is led by ESMT’s new subsidiary consulting firm ESMT Competition Analysis, which provides consulting services and expert advice in competition cases. Through the synergies of this alliance, ESMT Competition Analysis and Bates White will enhance their capabilities and opportunities to address clients’ concerns arising in international and transnational antitrust matters within the purview of EU and U.S. regulatory authorities. Dr. Lars-Hendrik Röller, President of ESMT, will play a key role in the collaboration.
