Executive Education
ESMT's Open Enrollment programs offer high-quality executive education in a short time frame. The goal is high-impact learning. Seminars held in German at ESMT Campus Schloss Gracht by USW Netzwerk extend from seminars for younger managers with functional responsiblity to managers with many years of experience. The Executive Transition Program is a six-week program, divided into three two-week modules, prepares managers for the transition to general management positions with greater responsibility.
ESMT Customized Solutions offers tailor-made programs. Program modules are prepared in advance, in consultation with company representatives.
MARGA Business Simulations, offered at Campus Schloss Gracht, is a competition-driven simulation in which competing teams lead companies.
