Here are programs that deal with the "why" and "how" of behavior in organizations and that explore the mindset, competences, and behaviors needed for effective leadership. Leading People and Teams is a laboratory that explores elements of effective leadership and helps participants to investigate their behavioral patterns and identify how they can capitalize on their strengths. The next program is April 15-18, 2013 in Berlin.

Leading with Psychological Intelligence delves into the principles of human behavior to show executives how to increase acceptance of their ideas and requests as well as establish productive working relationships. Leading with Psychological Intelligence will be held October 23-25, 2012.

Young Leaders Program supports managers who have recently been – or are soon to be – appointed to their first significant leadership roles by enhancing their strategic leadership capabilities as well as their abilities to master the people dimension. The next run of the program, made up of two modules, is March 19-22, 2013.

Understanding and Leading Change prepares participants to meet the challenges that come with initiating and implementing change. During the four-day program, participants will examine change processes and the psychological, political, and organizational challenges they induce. The program will be held June 4-7, 2013.
