Module 2: General management perspectives

Learning objective

The second ETP module focuses on developing crossfunctional perspectives. Participants gain a greater understanding of the diverse issues related to their new leadership roles. They learn to formulate strategies for a given business context, balance the expectations of all stakeholders, and master the arts of decision making and effective execution.

Renowned executives share their personal experiences and insights n the opportunities and challenges facing today’s managers. Field trip to Brussels

During these days we meet with members of the European Parliament and Commission to discuss regulation, lobbying, and the impact and influence
of European politics on business and foreign investment.
