8th Christmas Meeting of German Economists Abroad

Every year before Christmas the Christmas Meeting of German Economists Abroad (GEA) is organized at alternating locations. ESMT was pleased to host the 2011 meeting and welcome all participants in Berlin.

Members of GEA presented their recent papers to various German-speaking scientists and attended presentations. The atmosphere was relaxed and fostered scientific exchange as well as contact between German-speaking economist abroad.

December 19th – Arrival in Berlin

December 20th – Day 1

9:45 a.m.   Opening Remarks

10:00 a.m. Start of presentations

1:00 p.m.   Lunch on campus

7:00 p.m.   End of presentations

8:30 p.m.   Formal dinner at Aigner Gendarmenmarkt

December 21st – Day 2
