José Pons is the president and founder of AXIOMA, a consulting firm specializing in marketing and lives in Barcelona. His company specializes in strategic marketing projects and in training and career development for top executives. He has a PhD from IESE in Barcelona and has been a professor at the same school for 14 years, including five years as the MBA program director, which is an internationally acclaimed program. He regularly teaches at highly ranked universities in the United States, France, Slovenia and other countries. Joe is the author of well known case studies in the field of marketing, and has written several articles on the use of case studies in executive education. His consulting projects focus on connecting sales and marketing to changes in company strategic policies, coordination of departments and divisions, and methods to increase the market consciousness within companies.
