Manuel Theisen
ESMT Visiting Faculty
Manuel Theisen has been professor of tax theory and fiscal law at the Munich School of Management (Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität) in Munich for over a decade. His main interests and focus include taxation dependent on the legal form of a company and monitoring of corporate governance.
He is an acknowledged expert in his field and has served as consultant for renowned companies as well as courts. He has also served as chairman on several supervisory boards.
