Randal Heeb has more than 20 years of experience providing economic analysis for matters including anticompetitive behavior, market structure, asset valuation, cost estimation, strategic planning and investment analysis. he has written and consulted on a range of antitrust issues related to complex pricing and has served as a consulting expert to natural gas marketing and trading companies on matters involving index reporting.
