ESMT PhD Fellowships
ESMT's R&D department awards scholarships based on intellectual excellence, evidence of personal and professional achievement, as well as proven strong potential to conduct independent research.
In 2008 the associate dean of R&D created an ESMT PhD Fellowship with the aim of supporting outstanding students. ESMT exclusively offers scholarships to students who have been accepted in the Berlin Doctoral Program in Economics and Management Science (BDPEMS).
Berlin Doctoral Program in Economics and Management Science (BDPEMS) Stipends
The program offers scholarships up to three years given the student fufills specific performance criteria. Further information can be found on the BDPEMS Stipends webpage.

PhD Fellows
ESMT hosts a number of PhD Fellows, who are supported through one of the above scholarships, offering them the opportunity to collaborate on a research project with ESMT’s faculty. Students may also participate in the Faculty Research Seminar and engage in the School’s other research-related activities.
