The 2012 intake of the ESMT Full-time MBA program in Berlin, Germany, is made up of 41 participants representing 24 nationalities. The students come from countries such as Argentina, Belgium, Colombia, Germany, India, Israel, Japan, Mexico, Peru, Russia, South Africa, South Korea, Turkey, Taiwan, and the United States. They are on average 29 years old and have six years of work experience.

There are currently two Executive MBA classes studying in the international business school’s Executive MBA program, which lasts 18 months and is held in English. There are 50 participants with 18 nationalities in the Class 2011-2013, which began in October 2011.

On their way to becoming the managers of tomorrow, ESMT Full-time MBA students are being challenged to learn how to lead responsibly. A Deutsche Welle documentary that follows four MBA students through their day-to-day experiences in and out of the classroom gives an insight in to life at the ESMT in Berlin.
