Admission Criteria

Applications will be evaluated according to several criteria:
- career progression
- current level of responsibility
- indicators of leadership qualities and achievements
- recommendations
- past academic performance
- English proficiency
- strong motivation and commitment to fulfill the study requirements
An average age of 30+ and significant management experience of three to five years are expected. Younger applicants with an exceptionally strong track record and potential may also be considered.
Admission decisions are at the discretion of ESMT as an independent academic institution. Applicants with full sponsorship by their employers are subject to the standard admission procedure.
Employer commitment
Participants have to demonstrate a clear commitment by their company with regard to study-time allowances and project agreements.
