Admissions Process
The online applicationThe online application consists of six steps:
- Step 1: Personal details
- Step 2: Test scores
- Step 3: Educational record
- Step 4: Professional record
- Step 5: Essay questions
- Step 6: Two recommendations
To complete your application, please also hand in official transcripts/certified copies of university grades and test scores. The application is free of charge.
The interview
After an initial screening, selected candidates will be invited for an interview. Interviews are preferably held on campus. This not only gives us the chance to get to know you better, but also allows you to visit our campus in Berlin and to learn more about the School. If the candidate is unable to travel to Berlin, we try to arrange an interview with an ESMT representative or alumnus at a convenient time and place for both the candidate and the interviewer. Phone interviews or video conferences are also possible.
The enrollment and scholarship offer
Candidates accepted to the program receive a written enrollment offer and scholarship confirmation.
