Admissions process
The online applicationThe online application is the first stage of the application process and consists of six steps:
- Step 1: Personal details
- Step 2: Test scores
- Step 3: Educational record
- Step 4: Professional record
- Step 5: Essay questions
- Step 6: Two recommendations
To complete your application, please also hand in official transcripts/certified copies of university grades and test scores. The application is free of charge.
The interview
The second stage of the application process is the interview. Interviews are by invitation only, following a review of the initial written application.
While occasionally interviews are conducted by telephone or videoconference, applicants who are invited to interview are strongly recommended to attend a personal interview at ESMT in Berlin.
In the event of successful admission and enrollment in the program and payment of program deposit, ESMT will refund the cost of one return economy class flight ticket (please note that you will need to request approval from the admissions office for this offer prior to making your ticket booking).
