The ESMT Full-time MBA program is a one-year program starting in January each year. It consists of two main phases: Mastering Management and Taking the Lead. Its focus is on the conjunction of theory and practice in order to develop leaders for the 21st century.The task of leadership is a strategic one with the goal of moving an organization successfully into the future. The growing leadership challenge is to make sense of a changing world before others do so, and to realign the organization, internal functional activities and business system activities in order to take advantage of new opportunities. The new leader has a strategic agenda, which starts with vision, mission and a distinctive profile, continues with strategy and ends with action and results.
