Frank Eulitz joined Siemens AG Power Generation in 2001 and has since then been involved with the management of gas turbine product development. A native of Germany, Frank started as a team leader in R&D and is now heading two sections within a US-German product development organization. Frank is married and has four children. He likes to spend his free time with his family and meeting with friends. To stay fit, he enjoys jogging and Karate-Do.

Kristen Herde is Head of Employee Engagement and HR Strategy at E.ON’s UK business based in Coventry, England. From April 2005-2007, the American native served as Resourcing Manager for the E.ON UK Retail business and led a team responsible for recruiting over 2500 call center and sales staff annually. Kristen enjoys the study of culture, likes to travel and read, and is an avid shopper and spa-goer. Her husband resides in Berlin with their two birds, Horst and Heinz, and the couple spends weekends jetting between the UK and Germany.

Carmen Ostwald joined the strategy department of ThyssenKrupp Steel AG in September 2007. Prior to that, she worked at the DOC Dortmunder Oberflächen Centrum of the ThyssenKrupp Steel AG for 6 years. From Germany, Carmen is married and has two small children. During her free time she likes cooking and singing in her church choir.

Carel Weijand joined Nefit in May 2003 as the Production Manager of the site in Deventer. Nefit is the market leader in the Netherlands for wall-mounted boilers. The Dutch native lives in Nijmegen with his family: his wife, his 2-year-old son, his 18-year-old son and 16-year-old daughter. He enjoys family, sports, travelling and reading. In his personal mission statement, he values an atmosphere of stability, fun and progress.
