ESMT gathers a diverse and talented group of MBA participants. We are looking for candidates who bring with them the facets of leadership for which the School stands.
Our MBA participants have a strong educational and professional background, understand the importance of taking responsibility, possess the ambition to make a difference and show the potential to make the transition to a broader leadership role. They may come from any country and culture and have experience in any industry and function.
The 2013 intake of the ESMT Full-time MBA program in Berlin, Germany, is made up of 53 participants representing 27 nationalities. They are on average 30 years old and have six years of work experience. Women participants make up 40% of the class.
