ESMT gathers a diverse and talented group of MBA participants. We are looking for candidates who bring with them the facets of leadership for which the School stands.
Our MBA participants have a strong educational and professional background, understand the importance of taking responsibility, possess the ambition to make a difference and show the potential to make the transition to a broader leadership role. They may come from any country and culture and have experience in any industry and function.
The 2012 intake of the ESMT Full-time MBA program in Berlin, Germany, is made up of 41 participants representing 24 nationalities. They are on average 29 years old and have six years of work experience.
