Program Elements

At the end of each module, participants create and defend a presentation in front of the module faculty, who evaluate the leadership capabilities demonstrated. The purpose of these Integrative Leadership Exercises is to give participants opportunities to explore and learn about leadership issues.

Participants also work on a practice project, submitted by one of the partner organizations of ESMT, with the goal of proposing applicable recommendations to its management.

The practice project is also the background of the master's thesis, which every participant writes and defends in front of ESMT faculty.

On the field projects, participants discover selected countries which are expected to play an essential role in the future business world. The field trips took members of the Class of 2007 to China and Mexico.
