ESMT European School of Management and Technology has appointed Prof. Stefan J. Reichelstein as president of the international business school in Berlin, effective June 1, 2012. The internationally renowned academic is currently the William R. Timken Professor of Accounting at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business. Stefan Reichelstein received his PhD from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. In the 1990s he was a professor at the University of California at Berkeley.

The Alumni Network of ESMT European School of Management and Technology has established a full-tuition scholarship for a qualified full-time or executive MBA program participant. The Alumni Network Fellowship is directed at top applicants from the non-profit sector who plan to continue to return to this area after graduation. The Alumni Network has initiated the scholarship to support diversity within the MBA programs. The ESMT Innovation Index 2010 analyzes the innovation of 15 major European energy suppliers.
