ESMT succeeded in recruiting the top American Professor Matthew Bothner to fill this chair.
"Matthew Bothner's extensive research and expertise in organizational and social structures will further strengthen ESMT's focus on leadership and human resource development" says ESMT Assoicate Dean of Faculty, Jörg Rocholl.
