Ernst & Young Chair in Governance and Compliance
Professor Jörg Rocholl, Becky Gilbert, Professor Wulff Plinke, Georg Graf Waldersee On September 29, 2010, ESMT inaugurated the Ernst & Young Chair in Governance and Compliance with a lecture by the holder of the chair Professor Jörg Rocholl. In his lecture Professor Rocholl discussed the question of how good governance and compliance can be achieved in the wake of the financial and economic crisis.
In his introductory address Georg Graf Waldersee, Managing Partner of Ernst & Young, said, “The financial crisis has shown that governance and compliance are crucial for the global economy. Ernst & Young has endowed this chair to promote research in this area.”
