The first step: Mastering Management
During the first phase, participants are given a solid foundation in the fundamentals of management.The program opens with a 6-week module in which MBA participants are immersed in the general principles of responsible leadership, business ethics and the role of business in society. In this module, participants focus on behavior within organizations, as well as getting a first look at how the external economic environment influences decision-making.
The second module, commonly known as “The Manager’s Toolbox” exposes participants to the theories underlying the various facets of business administration. In this module, students develop functional expertise and core managerial skills. Different management functions are studied rigorously, followed by cross-functional, integrative and strategic courses.
