Executive Transition Program
Transforming experts into general managers
The Executive Transition Program specifically targets a diverse mix of experienced managers who are being groomed for higher general management responsibilities within their companies. They wish to fill the gaps in their knowledge of essential management skills to succeed as effective and responsible business leaders.

ETP target participants
Proven professionals in their thirties and forties from all educational and industrial backgrounds:
- leading a business-unit management team or a regional subsidiary, or
- in charge of a new product, market, or major project initiative, and
- typically employed by large groups operating globally or regionally
- with confidence in spoken English
