Michael Kleinaltenkamp

ESMT Visiting Faculty

Michael Kleinaltenkamp is a professor of marketing, particularly business and services marketing, and managing director of "Executive Master of Business Marketing" program at the Freie Universität Berlin. He obtained his PhD and Habilitation at the Ruhr Universität Bochum. Michael Kleinaltenkamp is the editor-in-chief of the Journal of Business Market Management and co-author of the textbook "Mastering Business Markets". His key research areas are business-to-business marketing, services marketing, and relationship management. Prof. Kleinaltenkamp has over 15 years of experience as a seminar speaker and expert.
