Kenneth J. Pope
ESMT Visiting Faculty
Kenneth J. Pope is a member of ESMT's visiting faculty supporting the Career Services department with lectures and personal counseling to students. In addition, he is a business consultant, provides private life counseling, and teaches (beyond career-related matters) a wide range of management subjects including ‘Introduction to Management’, ‘Business Simulation’, ‘Cross-cultural Awareness’, and ‘Leadership Skills’. He has some 36 years of business experience including extensive periods with firms such as Andersen Consulting (now: Accenture) and Xerox Corporation. His practical experience ranges from price and product strategy, to business process re-engineering, to materials and financial control, to office design and project management, to new business start-ups and stock-market flotation. A Chartered Management Accountant, with an MBA from Cranfield, UK, he has lived and worked in the UK, China, Nigeria, Finland, Sweden, USA, Ireland, the Netherlands and, currently, France. He speaks English, French, and some Greek. He is passionate about helping people discover their deeply felt needs and innate abilities, and develop a fulfilling life strategy.
