ESMT Customized Solutions GmbH (CS) is a 100% subsidiary of ESMT European School of Management and Technology GmbH and designs and delivers tailor-made programs in German and English to global companies. Programs are prepared in advance together with company representatives.
Since ESMT is growing we are looking for a (junior) event manager.
You will contribute to our success in a multicultural, collegial work environment by
- Being responsible for all organizational aspects of customized programs and other events
- Supporting proactively speakers and program directors in preparing program documentation
- Taking care of all organizational matters of our program participants on- and off-site before, during, and after the program
- Working closely together with our team of program directors and program managers
- Looking after various administrative tasks, i.e., program budgeting and enrollments
The position requires

- Excellent self-organization and time management
- Attention to detail
- Flexibility regarding hours and ability to keep calm in turbulent phases
- Readiness to support programs on our campuses in Cologne, and at other program locations as needed
- Very good English and German skills required, additionally Russian is welcome
- Profound computer literacy (in particular Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preference is given to applications that demonstrate experience in organizing conventions and events or educational programs.
