Applied fieldwork

Applied fieldwork

Recruit a team of ESMT MBA candidates as consultants.

Every fall, participants in the ESMT Full-time MBA Program are required to complement their classroom studies with applied fieldwork for a client. Coached by ESMT faculty, this project allows students to apply lessons learned from their MBA studies and knowledge gained from prior work experience to a meaningful and relevant assignment. The projects are sponsored by companies and are jointly designed by sponsors and ESMT faculty to be relevant for both the sponsoring client organization and the students.

To propose a consulting project, contact the Office of Career Services.

Corporate mentorships

Corporate mentorships

Career Services draws upon ESMT’s network of alumni, corporate founders, and other contacts to pair students with a mentor. Corporate mentors volunteer their time and give students a fresh opinion about career development, transitions, and the MBA experience.
