The Business Case for Diversity – Lessons Learned on Improving Diversity at Pinterest

In 2015, Silicon Valley’s Pinterest decided to set public, challenging goals to increase hiring rates of women and employees from underrepresented ethnic groups and discovered surprising benefits to the company.

Candice Morgan, Head of Diversity & Inclusion at Pinterest shared her findings and facilitated a discussion on the benefits of a diverse workforce.
