"What Every Business Leader Should Know and Do About Digital"
Deutsche Bank Tower

Most businesses today are, or are becoming, digital businesses. No industry is immune to the disruptive forces of technologies such as social media, mobile, analytics, big data, internet of things, artificial intelligence, cloud computing, 3-D printing, and blockchain. However, treating digital as a technical challenge and expecting CIOs and their IT organization to deliver on its promises is a recipe that will produce few results.

CEOs and their leadership teams play a pivotal role in determining whether or not an organization is able to exploit the digital opportunity, but most neither understand their roles nor know where to start. In this MasterClass, Prof. Joe Peppard presented his ongoing research on digital transformation and shed light on how business leaders can set their organizations up for digital success. He introduced case examples from his studies as well as described some practical frameworks to help in navigating the digital terrain.
