Highlights from the Annual Forum 2014

The ESMT Annual Forum 2014 titled Corporation 2050: Building to last, leading to adapt delved into the major themes of future business, work force and leadership. Participants examined and debated whether business, technology, and leadership are on the right track on their way to the middle of our century. Leading CEOs, renowned European policymakers, and futurists discussed currently accepted concepts and encouraged participants to define the necessary changes if they want to sustain their company’s success. With the help of large-scale scenarios and interactive break-out sessions the ESMT Annual Forum placed special emphasis on issues equally important to HR executives and others.

Furthermore, the ESMT Responsible Leadership Award honored an outstanding member of the global business community: Herman Van Rompuy, president of the European Council.
